9pkr Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 9pkr website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at 9pkr.bid.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 9pkr Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the 9pkr Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or casino game on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload bonus credited to a player account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of valid CNIC documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is met.

References to "including" shall be read as "including without limitation." Headings are for navigation only and shall not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 9pkr or any associated platform;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.

9pkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts where the player cannot demonstrate they were 21 or older at time of registration will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. 9pkr employs age-verification technology and cooperates with CNIC-based identity checks to enforce this policy.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To open a 9pkr account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as shown on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older. You must create a unique password for your account. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) 9pkr account only. Operating multiple accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 9pkr will close all but the oldest verified account and may void any winnings generated across the additional accounts.

Before processing any withdrawal from a 9pkr account, the Company requires the account holder to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting clear photographs of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC. Verification typically completes within 2–4 working hours. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests cannot be processed, though gameplay continues uninterrupted.

You are responsible for keeping all account information current and accurate. If any personal detail changes, you must notify 9pkr support promptly. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documentation may result in withdrawal holds pending resolution.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

9pkr will treat any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — as your responsibility, provided that 9pkr has not been negligent in its own security obligations. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 9pkr support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

9pkr implements two-factor authentication, device recognition, and suspicious activity monitoring to protect player accounts. We strongly recommend enabling biometric login where available on your mobile device and using a unique password not shared with any other service.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

9pkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at checkout.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash/EasyPaisa — typically 5–15 minutes after approval; Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) — 15–60 minutes; USDT — blockchain confirmation dependent.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. A minimum deposit wagering turnover of 1x is required before withdrawal of deposited funds is permitted. Where bonus funds are involved, the relevant wagering requirement must be met. 9pkr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals, which may take up to 48 hours.

All transactions on 9pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit. 9pkr bears no responsibility for currency fluctuations affecting USDT deposits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9pkr offers various bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Offers, and VIP Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 or older only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x the bonus amount) which must be completed within a defined time period before withdrawal eligibility is achieved;
• Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering;
• 9pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts, will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All casino games available on 9pkr — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and fishing games — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or 9pkr.

Players must conduct themselves in accordance with the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. 9pkr is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

9pkr reserves the right to void any bet or game session where a technical fault, software error, or misconfiguration has produced an incorrect outcome. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be refunded to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the stake refund.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 9pkr — including cricket (PSL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Test series), football, UFC, kabaddi, and racing — is governed by the following general rules alongside game-specific rules published in the sportsbook section:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds fluctuate continuously and are not guaranteed post-confirmation;
• 9pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at time of placement;
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or venue change, bets may be voided and stakes returned at 9pkr's discretion in accordance with published sport-specific rules;
• Live (in-play) bets are final once accepted by the system. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not constitute grounds for void;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per player, per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and vary by market.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9pkr and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits ("arbitrage abuse");
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or coordinating bonus farming with other players;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Where any prohibited activity is detected, 9pkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void all outstanding bets, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

9pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty to those players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered 9pkr players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits apply immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous logged-in play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the 9pkr brand name — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 9pkr.

Game content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 9pkr for display on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment only.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9pkr's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

9pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays are not grounds for compensation beyond stake refunds where applicable.

13 Amendments to Terms

9pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 9pkr Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 9pkr Platform following notification of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 9pkr support. Any funds remaining in your verified account at time of closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9pkr holds its international gaming license. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 9pkr Platform, you are encouraged to first contact 9pkr's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. 9pkr undertakes to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to resolve them within 30 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with 9pkr's support team within 30 business days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 9pkr's international gaming license. By using the 9pkr Platform, you acknowledge and agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the language of these Terms (English) and in the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by 9pkr's licensing authority.
